BlackBerry 10 Devices (Q10/Z10/Z30/Q5):

Telus/Koodo = If you receive a 16 digit code, enter the FULL 16 Digit Code.
Rogers/Fido= Enter the FIRST 8 Digits of the MEP2 Code only. (If that does not work, Enter the full 16 digit MEP2 code)

Please start your phone with an Unsupported Sim Card in it and follow these steps:

If it asks for the Unlock code when you turn on the phone, please enter it as there is no need to follow the steps. More than likely it will not prompt you to enter an unlock code, so please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to Settings > Security and Privacy > SIM Card
Step 2: Scroll down to Phone Network Lock, and tap the Unlock Network button
Step 3: Enter your unlock code, and hit OK.

BlackBerry only allows 10 attempts to enter the unlock code, thus be careful when entering the code. Do not use up all attempts




BlackBerry (older devices such as bold, curve, torch, torch 2, bold 2, etc)

Rogers/Fido BlackBerry: USE MEP2 Code

Telus/Bell/Koodo BlackBerry: USE MEP4 Code  

1) Turn off the phone

2) Enter a non accepted sim card into the phone (Ex: If your BlackBerry was locked to Rogers, put in a Bell, Telus, Koodo, Virgin, or any other desired sim card)

3) Phone will prompt for an unlock code when powered on: *Rogers/Fido BlackBerry:Use MEP2 Code *Telus/Bell/Koodo BlackBerry: Use MEP4 Code 




Samsung (s2,s3,s4,s4 mini, s5, note, note 2, note 3, note 5, note 5, s2hd, ace, ace2x, ace2, vibrant, s6, s6 edge, s6 edge plus, s7, s7 edge, etc):

‚ÄčNCK / NETWORK = Network Unlock Code

SPK / PROVIDER = Service Provider Code

Method 1:

Turn on the phone with an unsupported SIM card, swipe screen to unlock, and it will prompt for the unlock code. Enter the unlock code provided in the email.

Method 2:

Go to the dial screen on your phone as if you are going to make a call and press: #7465625*638*UNLOCKCODE# (8 digit network unlock code provided in the email)

Method 3:

Go to the dial screen on your phone as if you are going to make a call and press #7465625*638*# Once prompted for code, enter the 8 digit unlock code. 

* Note: Please ensure that WiFi and Bluetooth are shut off 



MOTOROLA: (There might be a few sets of 8 digits codes)

Please start the phone with an unsupported SIM card and it will prompt for an unlock code. The 2nd set of code is the unlock code. See the example below:

If unlock code comes back as: m786se4hc9 12345678 07477510 e0f79899
So, in this case, Unlock code will be 12345678

It the unlock code comes back as: 12345678  07477510
So, in this case, Unlock code will be 12345678


LG:

SIM_UNLOCK = Network Unlock Code/PIN (Use this unless your phone specifically asks for SP_Lock)

SP_LOCK = Service Provider Unlock Code (Use this if your phone asks for Service Provider Code)

Please ignore other codes as they are not needed.

Insert an unsupported SIM in the phone and it will prompt you for the unlock code. Enter whichever code your phone asks for. In most cases, it will ask you for the Network Unlock Code (SIM_UNLOCK), which is the first one. Only in rare cases you may need to enter more than one code to unlock your phone. 

*Before putting in an unsupported sim card, turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi

 


iPhone 3g, 3gs, 4, 4s, 5, 5s, 5c, 6, 6s, 6+, SE, etc:

Below are the steps to successfully unlock your iPhone (if your device is on iOS 8 or below, please start from step 5):

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap iCloud
3. Sign in with the Owner’s Apple ID
4. Turn OFF Find My iPhone
5. Insert a NON accepted SIM card and RESTART the iPhone. Note: A Non-accepted sim is a sim other then the carrier it was locked to. For example, if your device was with Rogers/Fido, insert a Telus, Koodo, Virgin, Bell, etc. sim card
6. When phone turns on plug iPhone into iTunes
7. (SITUATIONAL) If iTunes prompts for you to RESTORE, follow the steps on screen
8. The phone will then be unlocked!
9. If your phone still says locked, please connect to iTunes and make sure your iTunes is updated to latest version and do a RESTORE manually.

 


HTC:

Turn on the phone with an unsupported SIM card, swipe screen to unlock, and it will prompt for the unlock code. Enter the unlock code provided in the email.
